Vicki Vale was a notorious photographer of the View Magazine from Gotham City in the alternate reality known as Earth-136.
History
Vicki's life was very similar to that of her Earth-One counterpart, except her appearance more closely resembled that of Lois Lane from Earth-One.
When the Earth-One Batman appeared in Gotham, he approached Vicki, hoping to be recognized and was shocked to see the precise resemblance between this Vicki and the Lois Lane from his world. Since the Police had spread the word about a dangerous insane man, Vicki assumed Batman was the fugitive and she contacted Superman and Robin with her signal-watch, allowing the heroes to capture Batman and send him to prison.
