Vigilante was a steampunk cyborg with a pinwheel/steam engine arm with a Gatling gun on the end.

History

He was among the many rogue metahumans that were imprisoned at the Gulag by the Justice League. He and the inmates soon breakout and battled the League, and was among the dead from the U.N. nuclear bombing.

• According to character supplement in Kingdom Come / Revelations, Vigilante's character design is partly based on the Judge Dredd villain Mean Machine. Barry Crain provided the designs for Vigilante's metal-meshed body and wagon-wheel arm.
