In the future Virtura will be the president of the city Noman, founded as a refuge from male domination.

History

Virtura was force to agree to an "Olympic" competition which if the competitors of Noman lost would mean her city and people would be subjugated by Dictator Prowd of Elam. The contest drew the attention of the trickster Loki who drew competitors from history and myth to represent Elam, in return Virtua used a time machine to recruit Wonder Woman to compete for Noman.
