• Vivienne is mentioned in Madame Xanadu (Volume 2) #1 as the "mistress of the misty lake", and later refers to the waters as "hers" when Nimue stares into a lake, implying that Vivienne is the Lady of the Lake of Arthurian legend. Historically, Vivienne and Nimue were both different names for the Lady.
