The Rocket Red #7, Vladimir Mikoyan was a member of the Justice League International and a secret agent of the Manhunters.

History

Rocket Red joined Justice League International at the same time as Captain Atom as part of deal brokered between the Soviet Union and United States of America to give the League United Nations backing. He was revealed to be one of the Manhunters and was destroyed thereafter but was replaced by the human Dmitri Pushkin.
