Voice of the Revolution is a Chinese Government agent who hunts sages. He is the brother of Dance of the Revolution.

History

Voice of the Revolution travelled to Hong Kong with his sister to kill the Wizened Sage. Voice of the Revolution lied to the Wizened Sage and told him that there was a new regime in China that embraced martial arts. During the same night his sister, Dance of the Revolution, impersonated as Lin Mei and slept with the Flash. The following day Voice of the Revolution attacked the Wizened Sage in an attempt to kill him, but was killed by Wizened Sage after being stabbed in the head with a sword.
