The Volcano Man is a subterranean being of limited intelligence.
History
The Volcano Man was on a prisoner detail headed by S.T.A.R. Labs that was waylaied by the newly vested Crime Syndicate created by Deathstroke. To cover their escape after springing one of their new recruits, Slade would leave Volcano Man behind unbound to bar pursuit by The Titans to cover their tracks.[1]

- Volcano Man was created by Arnold Drake and Bob Brown, first appearing in Challengers of the Unknown #27. However, Volcano Man first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in Justice League (Volume 4) #10 by Scott Snyder and Francis Manapul.
