Voodoo was a clone of an enhanced Priscilla Kitaen, created by the Daemonites as a sleeper agent.
History
They originally kidnapped and experimented on the real Priscilla so she could be their agent, but she escaped their prison.[1] After she learned her true origin, the clone rebelled, but the Daemonites swayed her to join their side by promising her a high commission on the War Council.[2]

- Voodoo was created by Jim Lee and Brandon Choi, first appearing in WildC.A.T.s #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Voodoo first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Voodoo (Volume 2) #1 by Ron Marz and Sami Basri.
