Vulture (The Batman TV Series)

Amber is one of three of Barbara's classmate at Gotham University. After she failed to join an unnamed sorority, she got together with two friends and hacked Kirk Langstrom's files. In doing so they developed a variation of the Man-Bat Serum that turns the users into various animals. Becoming a vulture girl, Amber, Justin, and David became the Terrible Trio, harassing various students of Gotham U. After turning a classmate into a gorilla man, the Dean ordered a DNA test, giving the three the idea to use the serum on everyone in the school. The three were eventually stopped by Batman and Batgirl.

This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series The Batman, related film, and the tie-in comic The Batman Strikes!. It is an adaptation of the Vulture. The original character was created by Dave Wood and Sheldon Moldoff and first appeared in Detective Comics #253.
The Vulture was voiced by Grey DeLisle.

Trivia

Traditionally, the Terrible Trio's Vulture is a man named Armand Lydecker.
