Wade Dazzle was the cartoonist creator of the characters Harriet Hamster and Jerry Gerbil whose theme park Dazzleland is designed to fatally siphon bio-energy away from selected guests in a failed bid for immortality.
History
While Dazzle's inventions and his own Bio-Engery Duplicate cause havoc for Wonder Woman he himself is long dead by the time his creations target her, though said creations do not understand this and are trying to siphon Wonder Woman's immortality in order to make Dazzle live forever.
