History

Wardell Washington was a small time gang member who somehow gained metahuman abilities and began to consolidate Metropolis' gangs. After a stand off with the Metropolis S.C.U. he fought Superman and Strange Visitor to a standstill until the Visitor drained his energy. He was then taken into custody.
