Warren McGinnis is the estranged father of Terry McGinnis.

History

Terry set up a meeting between him and his father, but unknown to Warren, the Terry that arrived was a doppelgänger from Earth 12. As he had lost his Warren years ago, the other Terry hugged Warren and began sobbing. While he had no clue what was wrong, Warren hugged him back and assured him that everything was okay.

Warren would continue meeting with the imposter, believing he was reconnecting with his son. After the other Terry missed a hang out, Warren decided to confront T about supposedly blowing him off. T then told him the truth about the other Terry, and while he was suprised, Warren was excited to see both his sons again. Unfortunately for Warren, Terry's portal to Earth 50 was destroyed and he opted not to rebuild it.

• This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the DCAU and is an adaptation of Warren McGinnis. The original character was created by Alan Burnett, Paul Dini, and Glen Murakami and first appeared in the episode "Rebirth" of the series Batman Beyond.
