Waymore is the birth place of Ralph Dibny, the Elongated Man.
History
Waymore is located in southwestern Nebraska, south of the I-80. It was originally settled in the hopes that it would become a railroad town, but that proved a wrong investment. There has been some prospecting in the area, but nowadays, the small town's main industry is the two power plants, that employ the majority of the 13,000 inhabitants.[1]
