Don't know about you all, but this city is so ridiculous, it makes me laugh. We've got a rabbit-looking robot playing Batman, a bunch of nerds dressed up like Robin, and a system that makes us believe anybody who goes up against it belongs in a mental institution. I mean, since when did challenging an insane system make you the crazy one?

We Are Robin #10 is an issue of the series We Are Robin (Volume 1) with a cover date of May, 2016. It was published on March 23, 2016.
Synopsis for "We Are Jokers, Part Three"
Smiley records a video of himself doing a standup routine. Before he's gotten far, he falsely accuses a man in the audience of heckling him, then pulls out a gun and shoots him.
Shug-R and her online contacts find and discuss the video. They note that the cops seem much slower to crack down on the Jokerz than on the Robins, and resolve to reassemble We Are Robin to deal with the issue themselves. Meanwhile, Duke, trying to spoon-feed his uncooperative mother at the mental hospital, hears a news report about the Jokerz' rampage. He runs off to deal with the situation.
At her martial arts dojo, Riko attacks her sparring opponent too violently. When her sensei is forced to step in, she insists she's in control and storms out. At the Ortiz family restaurant, Izzy gets into an argument with a customer whose order she messed up. After her mother steps in and sides with the customer, the two of them argue further in the kitchen about how working at the restaurant is leaving Izzy no time for schoolwork.
Dax shows up at Dre's apartment, asking why Dre hasn't replied to his messages. Dre complains that all the other Robins just gave up when Duke stepped away, and Dax learns about his independent vigilante activities from a wall of newspaper clippings he's collected. Dax expresses concern about the safety of working solo, and tells Dre, "You're not your dad. You got nothin' to prove." This leads Dre to bring up Dax's own "daddy issues," which Dax finds very upsetting.
Shug-R reaches out to the group about the Jokerz, getting the attention of all of them and replies from Duke. Duke approaches a friend of Tiffany Bender, Smiley's sister; he learns that Tiffany is now living in Metropolis with her grandparents, but doesn't get any useful information on her brother.
The Jokerz assemble at the abandoned building where Smiley got his first recruits in the previous issue, with Dre and Dax following on the rooftops. Smiley lectures them on his ideology, announces his intention to "re-educate the masses," and distributes weapons to all of them. Dre blends in with the crowd, while Dax continues to watch from above. As the sun rises, Dax messages the other Robins about the situation, worrying that Dre is "gonna do something STUPID."
Duke approaches Riko at school the next day, but she's still upset about his relationship with Izzy. The conversation is interrupted by the entrance of Smiley and the Jokerz.
