The Weather Wizard is the successor of Mark Mardon.

History

Weather Wizard was defeated by The Flash and Giganta. As he was being taken away, Linda Park asked if Flash and Giganta were a couple, and then asked him out when he said no. Flash then bragged to Giganta, only for her to throw a tantrum. Weather Wizard subsequently escaped during the confusion.
