    • Per the lead story's splash page, Warren Griffith was born in 1921 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Matthew Shrieve was born in 1909 in Seattle, Washington; Elliot Taylor was born in 1916 in Duluth, Minnesota; Vincent Velcro was born in 1911 in New York City.
    • The Lieutenant and the team spend an entire month at the hospital, then another week before Dr. Rhode's transformation is complete.
    • Dr. Rhodes' opinion is that the procedures which turned the Creature Commandos into what they are, are irreversible.
  • Second and third story's credits both list "Len Wein, Editor" but indicia credits only Julius Schwartz and E. Nelson Bridwell.
