Wendy Hernandez was a resident in Freeland, a recent graduate from Garfield High School.
History
However, she became a victim of the Green Light drug, being abducted by the A.S.A. and sealed away from 30 years before reviving under Lynn Stewart's supervision. Dazed, she escaped into Freeland, revisiting familiar places in the city before surrending to Black Lightning to return to the pods.[1]
Awakened during an attack on the facility, Wendy was awakened by Lynn, under the request to use her powers to escape and transport her to a safe location.[2]
