Synopsis for "Revelation"

Dane and Wetworks are battling some creatures from the Night Tribes. After the battle, Wetworks notice that the vampires and monsters they killed herald from different rivaling factions, and fearing that the Tribes may have abandoned their animosity and are working together. Dane heads off by himself after receiving a message of a captured vampire officer to check. Void appears to him. She tells him that she needs him to save the world. Dane is teleported to the future where he sees the city of Budapest in ruins while creatures of the supernatural run rampant. Before he can question Void, who has disappeared, Dane fights some of the creatures but they are too much for him.

Suddenly, Pilgrim, Red, Ab-Death, Black Sun and Sister Mary arrive to save Dane. They take him back where he sees Sebastian Ashe and Rachel (Mother One) are also still alive. After learning that Dane came from the past, they describe to him a cataclysmic event that darkened the sky across Eurasia and allowed the Night Tribes to move freely without fear of the sunlight and slaughtering millions of people in their wake. Wetworks were in Budapest when the cataclysm struck and they went underground after all communications collapsed and even they cannot access other dimensions such as the Deadworld. Despite their situation, the team gained allies from the outside such as Black Sun and Sister Mary. Sister Mary reveals that the Vatican remains a sanctuary for what's left of humanity, in which many disappeared in what is referred by survivors as the Rapture

Wetworks are currently building an underground railroad for survivors - who are being used as livestock by the Night Tribes - and moving them to the sunlit areas of Italy, in which the future Dane and along with Dozer, Claymore, and Jester are opening a path. Dane volunteers to help lead a mission to rescue some survivors. The team assaults the Hungarian Parliament Building that is being occupied by the Night Tribes and freeing the human survivors. Grail and Dane then use their combined powers to blast a powerful beam of energy to break a hole in the darkened skies and allow sunlight to incinerate the vampires, thus forcing the remaining monsters to flee for their lives.

After the battle, Void appears again and teleports Dane back to the present day. Void tells Dane that he must now decide what he and Wetworks can do to stop Armageddon before leaving. After being discovered by the other members of his team that were bringing the officer, Dane then talks to his team believing that the Night Tribes are responsible for causing Armageddon and they must be stopped at all cost.

However, Void observes Dane from her unknown realm and laments that it is not the Night Tribes that is responsible for Armageddon. They only took advantage of it. Void swears to be more clearer next time, but she is too weak as her physical form is being held captive. Her unknown captor asks her if she was "being a bad girl again?"
