Wexr II is a planet of space-bandits whose inhabitants used their powerful weapons to raid and colonize less technologically advanced worlds.
History
The colonization continued until Superboy destroyed their war machines and weapons caches, forcing the Wexrians into a retreat. Vowing eternal vengeance on the young hero who quashed their dark ambitions, the warlords who rule Wexr II formed a compact: The Superboy Revenge Squad.[1] Years after Superboy became a Superman and relocated to Metropolis, the Superboy Revenge Squad returned as the Superman Revenge Squad.[2] As Superman's career as harbinger of liberty and justice continued on Earth as well as the worlds beyond, other unprincipled dictators and criminals from throughout the greater universe joined the Superman Revenge Squad, until the founding Wexrians themselves were evidently overshadowed within the organization. Even still, the Revenge Squad continued to use Wexr II as a home-base, and the Wexrian founders of the organization appeared to have superiority in the chain of command over the non-Wexrian majority.[3]
