Synopsis for "Pin-Up Boy"

After a group of G.I.'s are deployed and WACS members take up residence in their camp, the ladies find pin-ups still hanging around, and decide that if men in the service have pin-up girls, maybe women should have pin-up boys. There are a few choices, but the most popular is unsurprisingly of the greatest patriotic hero of them all, Captain Marvel. The ladies write in to station WHIZ for pictures of the hero to pin up around their quarters. Because it's for the war effort, Marvel agrees to pose for the pictures. Unfortunately for him, the assistant of the photographer is actually a Fifth Columnist who, while marking the pictures' serial numbers, sneaks in coded messages to be transmitted to Axis agents in Africa.

Meanwhile, finding out Mary Marvel's a favorite pin-up girl in her own right, the heroic brother and sister decide to tour foreign allied camps to raise morale. Mary catches one of the women in the act of copying down the coded messages, and when the other girls in the camp jump in to catch a spy, they inadvertently create so much chaos the real one gets away. They chase a sub, then a plane to Berlin, where Hitler himself is on hand to collect the coded photos. Marvel lets him go to make sure he collects the coded messages before they fall into enemy hands. However, as a final jest, he leaves a bunch of the photos behind, since Hitler wanted them so much!

Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "Horror in the Himalayas"

Some Chinese soldiers are climbing the Himalayas to scout a likely place for a strong strategic fortress, but are attached by some monstrous being. Detecting supernatural evil, the Ibistick whizzes Ibis and Taia across the globe to confront it. They follow a trail up to an old monastery, but the monks inside are actually green-skinned monsters who overwhelm Ibis.

The green men are invaders from the planet Ractium, who've set up their headquarters high up in the mountains because their bodies are used to a thinner atmosphere like it on their home planet. They plan to cut open Ibis and the captive soldier to learn more about human biology so they can adapt to the planet before invading it. Meanwhile, Taia had slipped away in the chaos and finds the fallen Ibistick. It transports her to the room where Ibis is due to be dissected, and seeing his lover in danger gives Ibis the strength to pull free and seize his wand. He uses it to conjure a nice big clump of oxygen on top of the mountain that starts to choke the invaders, before sending them back home, warned about what to expect.
