Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "The Little Man Who Isn't Here"
Despite Taia's insistence that she saw a little goblin sitting on their stairway, Ibis tells her there's no such thing. Except she was right, a little goblin appearing before Ibis to make fun of him before disappearing again. Disappearing to offer his services to Latino crime chief Gringo Grogg. While Grogg and his mortal flunkies rob a payroll, the goblin confounds Ibis with his power to appear and disappear at will. Eventually the goblin gets too ambitious and tries to steal the Ibistick, but Ibis is too clever for him and turns him into a puff of smoke, truly making him "the little man who isn't there".
