Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "The Sinister Seeds"
Professor Rankin invites Ibis and Taia to see things he recovered from the tomb of Tut-Ankor. Ibis remembers Tut-Ankor as a villain when he was alive during their time. Rankin shows how he discovered seeds in the tomb that he planted, and have already started growing. Playing a strange hunch, Rankin grinds up the seeds and feeds them to Tut-Ankor's mummy, and hours later this returns the villain to unlife, just as he'd been expecting someone to do eventually. The mummified villain runs to a museum where he feeds the seed solution to a bunch of mummies who were his cohorts in evil, and the undead army mobilizes to show how "us old rootin' tootin' guys" did things in the old days. Ibis uses his wand to slay them with magic lightning because mortal weapons can't hurt the living dead. Tut-Ankor tries to flee but steps in a potted plant, and since he was revived by magic seeds, this makes his body take root and become a tree.
