Synopsis for Golden Arrow: "The Weaker Sex"

The Tulsa Kid and his gang have robbed the bank of every town in the area except the one in Gulver Gulch, which Golden Arrow agrees to help guard. Meanwhile a troupe of dancing girls shows up in town to hold a revue. While helping a lady cross the street, she suddenly coldcocks the Golden Arrow and robs the bank. The dance troupe hurries out of town. From how hard he was socked, Golden Arrow divines that the "lady" he helped was actually the Tulsa Kid in drag and the dance troupe were also men in disguise. Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "The Noose of Death"

Ibis is called to the cell of John Hammond, who's about to face death by hanging for killing his sweetheart, but declares he's innocent. Ibis magically divines this to be the truth, then commands his magic to take him to the person who can prove Hammond's innocence. This delivers him to the home of Edward Grausto, the prison hangman, who's looking forward to hanging another victim with a notorious hangman's rope. He pulls a gun and demands they leave, but this convinces Ibis that Grausto is the real killer. They learn that Grausto used to date the victim, but was spurned, but before he can face justice, the hangman's noose comes to life and kills him. Ibis uses his magic to make the ghosts of all the rope's victims appear, including Grausto, who admits where the murder weapon can be found. With the evil ghosts defeated, the noose disappears.
