Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "Witches' Sabbath"
Ibis returns from an enjoyable evening's constitutional to find Taia comatose, and with the image of a witch on her broom in flight. Realizing he's let the Witches' Sabbath sneak up on him, Ibis seizes his wand and magically flies to Bald Mountain to rescue the souls of the witches' victims before the evil night is over.
The leader of the witches escapes, but Ibis doesn't need to spend long dealing with the rest, magically commanding their brooms to pummel them to death. Meanwhile, the leader enters their apartment and magically disguises herself as Taia. She manages to snatch the Ibistick from a returned Ibis, but he attacks her in a fury, prompting her to make the mistake of more than one evildoer before her: she commands the Ibistick to make Ibis wither away to nothing, only to suffer that fate herself. With the witches dead before the stroke of midnight, their victims, including Taia, wake up unscathed. Taia decides to exact a bit of ironic punishment: cleaning the entire apartment with the witch's broom.
