The Wild Dog Militia is made up of people who have heard of the original Wild Dog's exploits and decided to take up his name.
History
However, they have taken his beliefs and exaggerated them to an unethical degree. The Wild Dogs' views have put them into conflict with the Green Arrow. Their most recent activities involve raiding a Native American reservation full of peaceful protesters. Their actions attracted the attention of Arsenal, a member of the tribe they were attacking. At the same time, Green Arrow and Black Canary happened to be investigating the militia, and all three are drawn into the conflict between the locals and the militia.
