Synopsis for "Who is Wild Dog?"
In Quad Cities, Susan King, a newscaster from QC Beat, was outside the River City Center minutes before its official opening. Susan described the River City center as a "setting for cultural and civic events." Near the center is the Addler Theater, which had been re-modelled recently. They go on a commercial break. After the commercial break, Susan interviewed Raymond E. Newell, the public relations secretary of the Committee For Social Change. Newell claimed that he believes that society has decayed and that the only solution is to "level the existing institutions and structures before starting anew." Then, Newell took out a switch and detonated a bomb in the River City Center. Next, Newell drew out a gun and took Susan and her cameraman, Len, hostage and took them inside the nearby theater. Newell forced Susan to interview him while Len broadcasted it. Several individuals including Police Lieutenant Andy Flint, Lou Godder at the Moline News, and a mechanic named Jack Wheeler. Police formed a barrier outside of the theater in response to the hostage situation. Police Chief Davis demanded that Andy Flint, who he believed had the best negotiation skills, be present.
Meanwhile, a man with a hockey jersey, put on a hockey mask, picked up a JATI submachine gun, and drove in his red truck. The man crashed his truck into the theater entrance and opened fire on members of the Committee for Social Change. The man in the mask dismounted his truck and made his way through theater, gunning down more of the terrorists. Newell heard gunfire from within the theater and believed that the police have attempted to free Susan and Len. As soon as Newell saw the man in the mask, the former ordered Len to point the camera at the man to show the viewers the "police state tactics". The man in the mask picked up a crossbow and shot it at the stage, rappelling down while shooting at the terrorists. Newell threatened to kill Susan unless he got back. However, the man in the mask easily defeated Newell by kicking the gun out of his hand and kicking him in the head, knocking him unconscious.
Susan thanked the man in the mask for saving her. The man in the mask went outside with Susan and Len where armed SWAT Team members were outside, aiming their guns at the door. Suddenly, the man in the mask pointed his gun at Susan and took her inside his truck. However, Susan was not the man's hostage; the man in the mask dropped Susan by a road near a farm.
