Willoughby Kipling is the leader of the Grave Minders, the supernatural arm of the superhero team the Doom Patrol.
History
Willoughby Kipling was appointed by Doom Patrol leader The Chief to head the team's mystic division, which convened in the Doom Patrol's Kansas headquarters The Shelter. He used his authority to insist upon the name "The Grave Minders," vetoing the suggestions of fellow member Lucius Reynolds.[1]
Like the Poor Fellow, Kipling could trace his lineage to the Knights Templar, though she regarded him with disdain.[2]
