Wingman is a vigilante and a member of Batman Inc. He is the fourth man to use the Wingman alias.

History

Not much is known of Wingman's life prior to his becoming a member of Batman Inc., after this he was tracked down by Ghost-Maker who, wishing to see if Batman Inc was made up of worthy fighters, challenged and defeated Wingman in combat. He was part of the team of Batman Inc. members who went to Kazbek, in Chechnya, to investigate the sightings of Gray Wolf, but when they managed to locate him he was quickly dispatched by the stronger opponent before they found themselves fighting for a common cause.

He was later seen during the events of the Shadow War where he helped Ghost-Maker track down the Secret Society but were unable to keep them under surveillance after Deathstroke attacked their base.
