History

He is the man responsible for killing the brother and sister of Janos Prohaska, the future aviator known as Blackhawk.

Notes

• Captain von Tepp was created by Will Eisner, Bob Powell, and Chuck Cuidera, first appearing in Military Comics #1. However, the New Earth version of Captain von Tepp first appeared in Secret Origins (Volume 2) #45 by Martin Pasko and Grant Miehm.
