Chop Chop's identical cousin, Chop Chin, is the emperor of Won Lung.

History

After World War II, Won Lung emerged as a tiny nation in Asia, ruled by an emperor, who was a cousin of the famous Chop Chop of the Blackhawks. Emperor Chop Chin and his cousin Chop Chop looked exactly alike.

In 1949, while visiting from Blackhawk Island, Chop Chop foiled a plot by Hoo Duk, the treacherous Prime Minister & General Manager of Won Lung, to assassinate and displace the emperor. Chop Chop saw to it that he and his corrupt officials were banished.
