Synopsis for "The Eyes Have It"

The police breach the fence of a facility and ready the S.T.A.R. tasers to deal with a metahuman threat. Though they don't know why they're doing what they are doing, the officer in charge of the operation states they have to neutralize them. This metahuman turns out to be Wonder Woman and is told to stop when she steals a giant energy amplifier. She tells them she can't as it's a matter of protecting lives and she'll do what she has to while they fire at her. After handing the amplifier to Doctor Psycho, she threatens him when he mocks her about helping him. He states that he knows she won't kill her and needs him as he knows where he has kept the hostages he took.

Handing a USB to Diana, Psycho warns she only has a minute and a half to rescue two siblings after logging in with it. She reaches them in time and rescues them from an oncoming train, before taking them to a hospital as they don't stop staring. A doctor asks if the reports about her committing theft and being wanted are true, but gets told that it's her problem. Later, she wonders why Doctor Psycho had her steal an energy amplifier when he could get her to steal anything else. Meanwhile, a man and a woman under his mind-control walk into a warehouse and get told by him that his plan is coming to fruition, before the woman is told to prepare a cake for him.

Later as a man walks to a bridge and jumps off it under Psycho's mind control, the latter informs Wonder Woman and she is able to rescue him. After landing, she struggles against Psycho's mind-attack and is told to download files from S.T.A.R. Labs computers if she wants to ensure safety of others. Unable to do anything except follow his orders since he's planned her attacks right down to the millisecond, she fights through the police and sends him the file in order to receive the location of the hostages. Flying to a stadium, she sees a giant virtual billboard pointing at the hostage tied up right next to it. As she frees him, a horde of people under Psycho's mind-control enters the stadium and he reveals that her thefts have allowed him to amplify his powers, but soon he'll able to control everyone.

Wonder Woman gets attacked by the crowd and Psycho states that killing them is the only way she can deal with them, but he knows she won't. As he tries to mind-control her, Wonder Woman breaks out if it and is able to find him since his attempt established a link between their minds. Before flying away with him, she destroys the energy amplifier which releases everyone from his control.
