At Nazi headquarters, Wotan congratulates Dr. Diderich on his work. After he leaves the room, an American spy starts sending a message, but is interrupted and arrested. The spies parachute into the U.S..
After falling asleep at his desk, Steve goes to the Bureau to meet Wonder Woman. There they meet Hank Miller and his fiancée Maggie Robbins. She is forced to call the real Hank and the two of them are imprisoned in the basement.
Steve realises that the Nazis are going to flood the economy with fake $2 bills, so orders extra security for Miller. Diana goes to the café and finds the menu she signed for Maggie's brother is lying on the counter. She switches to Wonder Woman and phones Major Trevor as Agent Dan Fletcher, telling him that something is wrong at the café. Wonder Woman confronts the fake Maggie, but Wotan tells her he is holding the real Maggie Robbins and Hank Miller and takes her, to the basement, removes her bracelets and imprisons her.
Fake Hank ties up Dan Fletcher, steals the $2 plates and leaves a bomb in the vault. He gives the plates to Wotan, but Steve insists he visit a dentist to see to his sore tooth.
