    • This story takes place prior to the Wonder Woman story in All-Star Comics #8, the events of which are set in early June 1941.
    • This story makes two minor retcons, and one important addition, to the Wonder Woman origin story set forth in All-Star Comics #8:
      • Wonder Woman gets her magic lasso before leaving Paradise Island in this story. In Sensation Comics, she didn't get the lasso until issue #6.
      • Steve Trevor receives a promotion to Major after returning from Paradise Island. In Sensation Comics, he wasn't promoted until issue #6.
      • The entire tale of Baby Diana's birth from molded clay is a new revelation, this issue.
  • "Wonder Woman Goes to the Circus":
    • According to a circus poster, in the story, this story takes place on June 27, 1942.
  • This entire issue is reprinted in Famous First Edition F-6; Millennium Edition: Wonder Woman #1 and Wonder Woman Archives Vol. 1.
