After being tossed through time a bit Dr. Kurree and the Holliday Girls return to the present with Kurree's mind settled, an convinced of Carl's betrayal. Unfortunately Carl leads the police to arrest her, and has left behind a doctored sample of Kurree's Plasmin in her lab containing a deadly poison. As the Holliday Girls search Carl's labs for clues as to just how he carried out his plot Etta finds the trapdoor leading to his hidden lab which is set up to work with the aforementioned poison. Carl catches them there and ties them up, setting up a time delayed system to poison them as he takes a lock of Etta's hair to threaten Kurree into signing away her Plasmin.
