Synopsis for The Huntress: "The Monster and the Masterpiece"

Deep beneath the museum, in a storage area filled with various antiquities, Solomon Grundy is faced by Huntress, who's putting on a brave face and taunting the behemoth. Grundy grabs her by her cape and easily flings her into a wall. As she lies there, Grundy finds a statue he's been looking for, grabs it and tells his gang to grab what they want as they leave the museum.

The next day, Helena shows up at the office obviously the worse for wear but meets with Harry Sims as promised. It turns out his problem has to do with just the area of law Helena is enthused about but because of the Grundy robbery she can't concentrate and puts it off. The fact that the paintings were really not burnt and were forgeries gives her an idea. The secretary, Carole Martin, secretly mails off a cash payment to a "shark-toothed creep" and doesn't want anyone to find out.

Helena visits Sidney the fence again, and this time manages to threaten the identity and whereabouts of the one who ordered the forgeries of Pitt's paintings. Meanwhile at Grundy's hideout, his thugs learn quickly not to bother him while he's admiring his statue of a beautiful woman, or else. Entering Grundy's hideout Helena uses smoke to allow her to knock out Grundy's thugs. Not wanting to be disturbed from gazing at his statue, Grundy goes after Helena and they get into a fight. Grundy is furious when his statue accidentally gets knocked over and smashes into pieces. He grabs Huntress and tells her he's going to smash her head to bits, just like his statue.
