Synopsis for "Rise of the Olympian Part 2: A Sense of Loss"

Troia learns that Wonder Woman is in trouble and recruits Wonder Girl to assist her with saving Diana. On Olympus, Zeus learns that Athena is fading. She has more complete memories than the other gods. She tells them what they once were. She relinquishes her throne as queen of the gods back to Zeus and makes him promise to save the Amazons from a plot against them which she has foreseen. He agrees and retakes his throne. Elsewhere, Crime Doctor incorporates the Lasso of Truth into the body Genocide. Back at the Two Rivers mall, Tom Tresser and Etta Candy free Diana and Troia and Wonder Girl arrive. Back at the Department of Metahuman Affairs headquarters, Sarge Steel continues to act uncharacteristically, seemingly seized by extreme paranoia and hate of the Amazons. On Olympus, Zeus reaches out to the Amazons, who have been turned into regular mortal women and scattered throughout the world with no memory of their past lives, returning their immortality and their memories. He bids them return. Soon, Genocide is sent to DOMA to free Doctor Psycho. The Justice League of America responds and confronts Genocide. Meanwhile, Tom, Wonder Girl, and Troia are taking Wonder Woman to Themyscira to heal, but Wonder Woman insists that they return to help fight Genocide. At that moment, Zeus appears to Hippolyta and asks her for forgiveness. He tells her that he has done ignoble things, and he wishes to remedy his past sins by giving her and the Amazons a gift, which he ominously identifies as the peace of the grave.
