Synopsis for "Sacrifice, Part 2"

Although Wonder Woman has overcome the Lasso of Lies, the Sovereign hasn't yet given up on trying to break her. This time, she has locked up in a dark, empty cell, completely isolated from the outside world. She has completely lost track of time and the only things Wonder Woman has to keep her company is her constant visions of Steve, who continuously asks her how is she feeling during this whole experience.

Diana admits that this adventure has not been easy on her and has even secretly berated herself for not being stronger. She has even fantasized about killing the Sovereign for all the pain he put others through. For Diana, solitary confinement is a much harder punishment than the Lasso of Lies. It has made her angrier and more desperate, to the point that she even ate a rat. The Sovereign knew what he was doing when he isolated Diana from her friends. She is a social person. She doesn't like being all by herself.

The imaginary Steve tells Diana that he can remain at her side, even though they both acknowledge that he is just a figment of Diana's imagination. Diana and the imaginary Steve travel across multiple places within Diana's memories until they find themselves on the same snow-covered graveyard she fought Sergeant Steel's men at. Steve admits that he feels insecure about his place in Diana's life. He has tried to save her so many times, but for the most part, she has ends up saving herself, and this makes Steve feel useless. All he can do is give Diana encouragement and words of support, while she saves herself.

The conversation moves to the shores of Themyscira, where Diana admits that a second rat, a female, approached her. Diana felt uncomfortable about letting the rat get so close to her after eating her mate, but she felt that she had to apologize. Frustrated, Diana feels like she should just give up and tell the Sovereign to take whatever he wants, but Steve doesn't think it's a good idea. No matter how hard Diana tries, it's her nature to never give up.

In one last vision, Diana and Steve ride across the Wild West in horses. She tells Steve that the Amazons knew about his culture long before he arrived at their island. Her mother felt annoyed that Diana was fascinated by Western movies. Sometimes, when she felt scared, she often pictured herself as a heroine on a horse. Now, she understands that, even though a fantasy is not real, it's still, in a way, beautiful.

The fantasy ends and Wonder Woman returns to reality. The Sovereign opens the door to Wonder Woman's cell, hoping to find her enemy broken and defeated. What he finds, however, is Wonder Woman, with a rat on her shoulder. She is not amused by the Sovereign's attempts to break her and asks what will he do next.

Synopsis for Trinity: "World's Finest", Part 6

Trinity has a little problem. She and her friends were fighting Circe, until she cast a spell that turn Trinity's friends, Jon and Damian, into dogs. Although Circe was defeated, Jon and Damian haven't returned to normal, so Trinity asks Zatanna if there is anything she can do to help them. Zatanna tells Trinity that magic is based on belief and, in theory, Trinity could reverse the spell's effects by reminding Jon and Damian on who they are.

Trinity attempts to make her brothers act like superheroes or replicate their witty banter, but these attempts fail. A month passes and Trinity has no clue on how to bring back her brothers to normal. She takes them to the shores of Themyscira, where she Trinity vents her frustrations on her inability to save her brothers. On daybreak, however, she finds that Circe's spell has been broken and her brothers are normal again, but with no memories of their time as dogs.
