Synopsis for Batman: "Specialists in Crime!"

Batman and Robin uncover the criminal racket of a criminal mastermind who hires several specialists in crime to carry out his plans. After Robin infiltrates the gang, he and Batman are able to capture the leader and stop the organized crimes.
