Synopsis for Superman: "The Colossus of Metropolis!"
Replicas of the Colossus of Rhodes and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon appear overnight in Metropolis. After Lois Lane and Clark Kent report on their sudden appearances, a large storm starts. The replicas are made from poor construction materials and are destroyed in the storm, but Superman prevents anyone from getting harmed.
The next day, a group of washed up movie actors come to the Daily Planet and reveal that they built the replica wonders as promotion for the movie they are trying to make about the Seven Wonders of the World. Clark Kent quickly excuses himself, and moments later comes back as Superman with wealthy fans of the actors willing to finance the movie. With the help of Superman, the movie is produced at the real world wonders. To thank Superman, a new Colossus, in Superman's image, is built in Metropolis

What the criminals didn't know is that Dick Grayson allowed the other boy to succeed, to avoid suspicion.
