Synopsis for Batman: "Me, Outlaw!"

A criminal by the name of Wheels Mitchum writes his book about his partially successful criminal career. In the book, Mitchum describes his life events until the point when he became a crime lord and caught the attention of Batman and Robin. His criminal activities went downward ever since Batman started investigating him and after a couple of years of evading the vigilante, Mitchum was finally captured and arrested for his crimes. Mitchum then sells his book to a press media agent before walking the death row.
