Synopsis for Superman and Batman: "Night and Day!"
Superman and Batman stumble across a "ghetto genius'" plan to steal a newly-created element from S.T.A.R. Labs to power a combat suit with which he hopes to destroy Columbia University. While Superman works during the day in Metropolis to stop the criminal, Batman works in Gotham City at night and eventually, the heroes realize they have been working on the same case all along. When they finally come across the genius, they realize he is s young rejected student with high potential for mechanics. Unfortunately, the crimes committed to achieve his goal fill him with remorse and the heroes take the chance to destroy the combat suit and force him to surrender.
