Synopsis for "The Carbon Copy Batman!"
A former millionaire goes insane and starts believing he is Batman. In order to help the man recover, his doctor asks the assistance of Commissioner Gordon and the real Batman in order to allow the deranged man to impersonate Batman and cure him of his mental illness. Batman agrees to help and provides all the equipment necessary for the man to become a harmless copy of Batman.
When the Dynamic Duo are summoned to action, they are shocked to see that the crazy man has taken his role of Batman too seriously and has started to chase criminals. As a result, some thugs that could've been easily captured by the real Batman and Robin, manage to escape thanks to the phoney Batman's clumsiness. When the scenario repeats a third time, Batman suspects that the whole thing is staged and in order to learn the truth, he impersonates the fake Batman. Posing as his double, Batman gets inside the house of the madman and learns that his doctor is responsible for using the fake Batman scheme to commit crimes, but unfortunately Batman and Robin are discovered and they are captured. Batman then convinces the fake Batman to act as a hero and bring all criminals to the police, including the doctor. The fake batman decides to play the Batman role and he helps capture the doctor while also allowing the real Dynamic Duo to escape.
