Captain Y'hil is a native of Skartaris and soldier in Warlord's army.

History

When Eclipso possessed Warlord, he put aside Warlord's wife Tara Morgan and took on Y'hil as his lover. Tara retained the title of queen and co-regent of Skartaris, but Eclipso promised to make Y'hil queen if she defeated all the greatest champions of Skartaris, hoping she would get herself killed in a duel, but Y'hil defeated all challengers. When the Weather Wizard wandered into Skartaris and began causing havoc, Eclipso sent a message to the surface posing as Warlord, calling for The Flash to come to Skartaris in the hopes that the Flash would kill Y'hil for him.

The Flash Family were able to reveal Eclipso's true plans to Y'hil and she turned on him.
