Synopsis for "Ring of Truth, Part II"
Agent 355 and Yorick Brown narrowly escaped an attack from the Setauket Ring, losing Yorick's engagement ring, but returning alive and in one piece to Allison Mann's apartment, where Yorick immediately begins vomiting blood.[1] Allison proposes that his engagement ring may have had a property that kept him and Ampersand alive. The ailing Yorick has a fever dream where he and his fiancee Beth Deville are in a science fiction world that and they are doomed to die. Allison insists that Agent 355 must retrieve the ring, no matter the danger.
Hero Brown continues looking for her brother, driven on by visions of her dead former cult leader Victoria. Hero is unaware the she is also being stalked herself by Toyota, directed by Dr. M.
Agent 355 raids the Setauket Ring and Anna Strong claims that the Amulete of Helene that Agent 355 has been tasked with preserving caused the gendercide. They argue and Strong says that she will exchange the ring for the amulet in one hour at a neutral site. She agrees and Strong destroys the Amulet to ensure that the gendercide curse cannot be reversed. Agent 355 attempts to leave, disgusted by the petty power plays of the Setauket Ring, but she is assaulted by Hero Brown.
