Yellow Martians are one of three known species of intelligent life found on the planet, Mars.
History
Years ago on Earth-One, the Duke of Deception rallied together several space-faring species, including Plutonians, Saturnians and Yellow Martians for a planned invasion of Earth. Their efforts were defeated however due to the intervention of the Amazonian Princess, Wonder Woman.[1]
Notes
- Prior to Martian Manhunter (Volume 5) #1, Yellow Martians had only in Pre-Crisis Earth-One continuity. It is unknown if Yellow Martians existed in the New Earth continuity.
- For no discernible reason, the "Friday" costume that Calendar Man wore in Batman #312 closely resembled the Yellow Martians both in physical appearance and dress.
