Yo-Yo is an accomplice of the Joker.

History

Yo-Yo was chased by Batman on the rooftops of Gotham City. After subduing her, Batman proceeded to question her as to the whereabouts of the Joker. When Yo-Yo revealed that she did not know the location of the Joker, Batman threw her off the roof. Before hitting the pavement, she was saved by Cyborg.
