Synopsis for "Sons of Dawn (Part III of IV) - When Titans Make War..."

Arn tries to break free from his rocky prison while Hugo Danner acts very unconcerned about his Sons of Dawn attempting to take over the world. Hugo then reveals to Arn that he wanted this to happen; contrary to what he alleged in his diary that was given to Arn, he was never afraid that producing a race of superhumans would destroy human civilization because he doesn't care about humanity anymore. Hugo then easily breaks out of his prison and further reveals to Arn that he made the Sons of Dawn to rule over humanity, and they are now currently attacking Rioguay.

The Sons of Dawn lay siege on the city, destroying buildings and attacking any unfortunate people on sight. The attack is witnessed by US Ambassador Charles Dunbar and his wife and son, Judith and Daniel. Charles and Judith decide not to evacuate and instead lead and protect their staff. Inspired by his parents, Daniel dresses into his costume as Dyna-Mite.

Xtoh breaches the embassy and is confronted by Dyna-Mite. After telling his parents to quickly leave, Dyna-Mite unleashes an explosion on Xtoh. However, Xtoh is unaffected by the explosion while Dyna-Mite is left exhausted from his attack. Dyna-Mite is then knocked out by Xtoh's twin sister Xavi who then takes him away. The Sons of Dawn continued their rampage until the President of Rioguay surrenders to the invaders. Meanwhile, Charles desperately sends out a radio SOS to the outside world of what is happening in Rioguay.

The SOS is picked up by Fury. Although the Young All-Stars have since been broken up, Fury is determined to travel to Rioguay and help the Dunbars. Just as she is about to look for someone to get her to Rioguay, she is unexpectedly joined by the All-Star Squadron, who have heard the SOS and are ready to save the day.
