History
In the late 20th Century, two nations in eastern Europe, Kasmia and Yurgovia, got ready to go to war with each other. At that time, Yurgovia was ruled by a renegade Coda assassin named Destine. The WildC.A.T.s became involved. One of them, Grifter, shot and killed Destine.
