The descendant of Nathaniel Gate. He bombs the three bridges/building with the Wayne, Cobblepot and Elliot adornments also targeting Elliot and Cobblepot descendants. in his plan to avenge his ancestor.
His last bombing would have been the Kane bridge but he was stopped.
