History
The descendant of Nathaniel Gate. He bombs the three bridges/building with the Wayne, Cobblepot and Elliot adornments also targeting Elliot and Cobblepot descendant. All in a attempt to avenge his ancestor.
His last bombing would have been the Kane bridge but he was stopped and send to Arkham Asylum.
